Senior Planner Hybrid Role – 1 day per week in Pinjarra and 1 day per week in Wagerup (mileage claimable) Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week 6-month casual contract with strong likelihood of extension
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules across all project phases
- Update and monitor schedule progress in line with Worley and client governance requirements
- Resource planning, forecasting, and utilisation analysis
- Prepare project reporting including Portfolio & Project Reports, Earned Value Management (EVM), S-Curves and Resource Histograms
- Manage baseline schedules and change management processes
- Maintain interfaces between Primavera P6 and cost management systems
- Stakeholder engagement and project coordination
- Monitor earned value, progress tracking, trending and forecasting
Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years' experience in Project Planning
- Strong construction project experience
- Advanced Primavera P6 capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of schedule development, baseline management, change management,
risk analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM)
