Felix, a lively wine and pasta bar in Launceston, is seeking a Bar and Floor Manager for a part-time role (25–30 hours/week: Wed–Sat). You will lead service, manage the bar, and drive a positive guest experience in a venue known for great pasta and wine. Four-day week offers a genuine long weekend.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hospitality management, robust wine knowledge, and proven leadership in a restaurant setting. This role emphasizes guest interactions and team development.
