As we scale, we're looking for an Operations Manager to take the reins on day-to-day running so the business keeps delivering at a high standard.

The role

This is a hands-on operational leadership position. You'll be the engine room of the business - keeping crews moving, clients informed, and standards high. No two days are identical, but your core rhythm will look like this:

Run a daily 15-minute morning team call to set the day, clarify priorities and clear roadblocks

Manage crew schedules and job allocation to keep work flowing efficiently using our service platform

Be the key point of contact for clients - phone, updates, and problem-solving





Lead weekly toolbox talks covering safety, quality and process

Own and drive KPIs across productivity, job completion, safety and client satisfaction

Keep jobs on track from scheduling through to completion, coordinating materials and crews

Spot and fix operational bottlenecks before they become problems

What you'll bring

Proven experience managing tradespeople and coordinating field crews

Strong communication skills - confident on the phone and leading a team

Sharp organisational and scheduling ability

A track record of running to KPIs and lifting team performance

Roofing knowledge is ideal; broader trade/construction management experience is heavily preferred
