Beemart Enterprises continues to experience growth and is now seeking an experienced and reliable Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team at our fast-paced fresh produce distribution centre in Rocklea. This role is full time 4 days per week. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse during night shift hours, maintaining quality standards, and meeting delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise night shift warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching fresh produce
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, Cold Chain Management)
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of pickers, forklift drivers, and general warehouse staff




- Monitor inventory levels, report variances, and liaise with logistics and procurement teams
- Conduct pre-starts, manage shift handovers, and complete daily reports
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed (valid LF license preferred)
- Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are always followed

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fresh produce or cold storage warehouse
- Robust understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and produce handling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Forklift license (LF) and high reach experience advantageous
- Ability to work in cold environments (2-8°C) and perform physical tasks
