About the Role

This is a true business development role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships and winning new business.

You’ll be responsible for developing our go-to-market approach, connecting with decision-makers and introducing Hatrix’s recruitment solutions to businesses that need workforce support.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Meeting with prospects and presenting Hatrix services
- Generating leads and converting opportunities into partnerships




- Researching markets and identifying growth opportunities
- Working closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless client handovers

About You

You’ll be a confident relationship builder who enjoys getting out in the market, creating opportunities and seeing results from your efforts.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Business development or sales experience (recruitment or service-based industries highly regarded)
- Confidence picking up the phone and approaching new clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a hunger to win
- The ability to build trust with clients at all levels
- Experience contributing to sales strategy and business growth
