RJC Group is a leader in stonemasonry and heritage restoration, offering expertise for Builders, Heritage Consultants, and Government Projects on sensitive and significant restoration projects.

This role will work closely with our in-house accountant to gain valuable experience in a busy and thriving construction company. This role is part-time.

Key Responsibilities

General administration support.

Managing emails and phone enquiries.

Enter supplier, subcontractor and consultant invoices into Xero with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with preparation and processing of client invoices.

Support accounts payable and receivable activities.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Provide additional support to Accountant and Office Manager for daily tasks, month-end activity and ad hoc duties.





Basic bookkeeping duties and tax reporting requirements.

Your background

Certificate III in Accounts Administration or a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or Diploma is a must.

Experience in construction would be advantageous but not a must, as you will learn all the necessities of the industry in the role.

At least 2 years' experience in a previous role.

Hold permanent working rights in Australia.
