We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Order Entry Officer to join our busy concrete plant. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, taking orders, coordinating with production and dispatch, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails.
- Accurately enter and process concrete orders.
- Liaise with customers, plant staff, and drivers to coordinate deliveries.
- Work closely with the production and dispatch teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Solid computer and data entry skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, transport, logistics, or the construction/concrete industry is desirable but not essential.
