Point Hotel in Brisbane seeks a proactive Duty Manager to lead daily hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front-office and outlets, uphold standards, and coach team members to improve service delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires hospitality excellence, solid communication, and flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends. RSA/First Aid and Australian work rights are essential.
