At the Bay Hotel, Motel, we’re looking for a motivated and passionate 1st Year Apprentice Chef to join our growing kitchen team. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced chefs in a fast-paced, modern hotel where quality food, teamwork and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll complete your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a professional kitchen. This would suit someone who lived locally to Bonnells Bay

What you will learn includes but is not limited to

- Knife skills and food preparation
- Cooking across a up-to-date pub menu
- Various cooking techniques
- Food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Stock rotation and kitchen organization
- Time management in a busy environment
- Working as part of a professional kitchen team
