Opportunity is based in the Leyburn area (50 minutes from Toowoomba, 25 minutes from Clifton and 50 minutes from Warwick).

Cefn is looking to bring on board a motivated Electrical Apprentice who is either looking to get their start in the industry or is in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of their trade. If you're an apprentice or aspiring apprentice, and you want to get experienced in commercial electrical work this role is for you.

maintenance and continued expansion and upgrading of our current facilities across our six farms and feed mill no day will ever look the same. Our current team has extensive experience and knowledge for you to lean from and contribute to.

All tools are provided by Cefn, as well as a work vehicle whilst onsite and travelling between farms for work purposes.

Additional tickets, training and career development courses will be paid for by Cefn at our discretion for the right candidate.

Wage will be offered dependent on experience

Your role / what you will lean

- Install, fault find and maintain electrical control systems.
- Conduct commercial & industrial installations projects and upgrades across all sites.
- Test, fault find, diagnose, and repair electrical malfunctions.
- Assemble electrical and electronic components and appliances.
- Undertake installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.
- Reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation schematic drawings
- Undertake all aspects of the Electrical Trade, including reactive and planned maintenance tasks

Requirements

- Driver’s Licence (Manual)
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Up to date log book requirements for your training (if applicable)
- Current LVR/CPR
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
