The Opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate to join our Commercial Services team. Working closely with our Principals, you will advise a broad range of clients across industries such as healthcare, food and beverage, retail, professional services, franchising, manufacturing, transport and logistics.

The role offers hands‑on involvement in commercial contract drafting and negotiations, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance, including ACCC, PPSA, privacy laws and the Corporations Act, franchising, intellectual property, trade marks as well as a rage of commercial transactions including sales of business and share acquisitions. The position provides ongoing mentoring and genuine opportunities to develop your career within a collaborative and supportive team.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a commercially minded and driven Associate who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering practical, client‑focused solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Been admitted as a Solicitor in NSW with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience
- Demonstrated experience in the practice areas referred to above
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, research and advisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a practical and client‑centred approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- A proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes
