About the role: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our client’s team-oriented Allied Health team, working across both clinic and community settings (Launceston or Hobart).
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and providing intervention for communication and swallowing difficulties.
- Developing and implementing mealtime management and communication support plans.
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, and caregivers to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Providing input into seating,
postural support, and assistive technology solutions.
- Delivering services statewide, including via telehealth where appropriate.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Membership (or eligibility for membership) with Speech Pathology Australia
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Speech Pathology (not suitable for new graduates at this time).
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel intrastate as required.
- Current (or ability to obtain): National Police Check (within 3 months) and
- Working with Vulnerable People Card / NDIS Worker Screening Check Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family-centred practices is desirable.
