We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Kallangur team.

What You’ll Get
- $90,000–$95,000 + super + performance-based bonus incentives
- Well managed and clean portfolio of aprox 200 properties
- Dedicated Field Agent support completing routines and open homes
- Flexible working conditions, including 2 days work from home per week after probation

- Ongoing CPD training, Coronis internal training sessions and RESE conference attendance

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
- Oversee maintenance, inspections and all aspects of day-to-day portfolio management
- Provide proactive communication and exceptional service to clients
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding client outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years managing a portfolio previously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Kolmeo experience preferred but not essential
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
