The Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service within Queensland Health is seeking a dedicated nurse to join the Nursing and Midwifery Staffing Unit. You will contribute to backfilling emergent leave and roster deficits across Cairns Hospital, Gordonvale Hospital and outlier wards, ensuring protected staffing and skilled, trained teams.

You will work with the healthcare team to support safe patient care, apply relevant nursing guidelines and contribute to incident investigations and quality
