About the Role
This is a full-time role until 30 June 2027 based in our Hervey Bay office. On a day-to-day basis our Site Lead will:
- Conduct weekly meetings with team members on a basis to monitor progress towards programs & KPI's
- Assist with the marketing and awareness of the program with external stakeholders
- Discuss, implement,
and develop training activities to address the client's requirements in readiness for employment
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure consistency with legislative requirements, quality standards and contractual requirements
- Recruit eligible candidates to enroll into the WORKFit program
- Support team members to develop new and transferrable skills to assist clients to secure employment
- Ensure employers and clients are supported for continued employment
About you:
- Experience in leading and supporting high-performance teams
- Excellent digital literacy with a focus on digital learning and a willingness to train others in a one-on-one or group environment
- Demonstrated experience in assisting clients to overcome obstacles to secure employment
- Sound written, verbal, facilitation and networking skills
- Time management skills to prioritise large caseloads and meet reporting deadlines
