We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy automotive service team. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Welcoming and assisting customers with a smile as they visit our service department.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
- Managing customer bookings and coordinating loan vehicles and transport.
- Preparing job orders and providing administrative support to the service team.




- Setting clear customer expectations and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.
- Addressing customer concerns effectively and ensuring satisfaction.

Monday - Friday full-time position 7:30am-5pm

- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent communication skills that shine in every interaction.

- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
