As a Client Service Officer
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional post-purchase support and care to our valued clients and internal teams. Operating from our Head Office, you will act as the key point of contact via phone and email, providing expert product guidance, resolving enquiries, and supporting smooth operational processes across the department.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide professional support via phone and email using product knowledge to resolve enquiries and complaints.
- Draft clear, template-guided communications and help refine internal and external channels.
- Process transactions, data entry, and watch repair requests accurately.
- Guide clients on Retail Portals and assist internal teams (Sales, Spare Parts, Watchmakers).
- Adhere to WHS policies, wear required PPE,
and maintain a safe workspace for all.

About You
- Previous experience in a Client Service, Customer Support, or Call Centre role (retail or head office experience highly regarded).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- High attention to detail with proven capabilities in data entry and administration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, empathetic approach to handling client inquiries.
- A proactive attitude towards workplace health, safety, and team collaboration.
