We are seeking an experienced Nightshift Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a commercial office fit out in Wollongong.
This is an 8–10 week contract, commencing 20th July, with an established commercial fit out contractor.

The Role

- Manage all nightshift site operations from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and on programme
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS and site compliance
- Liaise with the Project Manager and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship and quality throughout the project
- Resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out projects
- Previous experience running projects on nightshift is highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of site safety and WHS requirements
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a live commercial setting
- Available to commence on 20th July
