We’re looking for a creative all-rounder with 2-4 years’ experience who wants to build a career across design, content, social media and client management.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll help us win new business through standout creative, bring brands to life through engaging content and work directly with clients to deliver campaigns that make an impact.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work across creative design, content creation, social media, digital marketing and client management.

You’ll support a diverse mix of hospitality, food, drinks and lifestyle brands while also helping grow Sweet&Chilli;’s own marketing presence.

From designing pitch decks and developing creative concepts through to managing social media accounts, capturing authentic lo‑fi content and coordinating campaigns, this role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to build an incredibly broad skill set.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Creative Design

- Design pitch decks, proposals and client presentations.
- Create graphics and digital assets for social media, digital campaigns and marketing.
- Develop creative moodboards, concepts and mock-ups to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure all creative work is polished, engaging and on brand.

Content Creation

- Capture authentic lo‑fi photo and video content across hospitality venues, client activations and agency projects.
- Edit short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Create engaging, platform‑first content that reflects each client’s brand.




- Work alongside photographers, videographers and external creative partners when required.

Social Media Management

- Manage multiple social media accounts across hospitality, drinks and lifestyle brands.
- Plan, create and schedule content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and publish content.
- Monitor community engagement and platform performance.
- Stay across emerging social trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Client & Project Management

- Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with clients.
- Coordinate projects from brief through to delivery.
- Manage timelines, approvals and project communication.
- Work closely with designers, digital specialists and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Manage Sweet&Chilli; Australia’s Instagram and local marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with our global marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
- Support agency marketing, new business and brand initiatives.

About You

You’re naturally creative, highly organised and enjoy working with people.

You notice great branding, appreciate good design and love creating content that people actually want to engage with.

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy taking ownership and are excited by the opportunity to work across multiple brands, projects and disciplines.

Skills & Experience

- 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, design, social media or an agency environment.
- A strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.




- Confidence creating polished presentations in Google Slides and Keynote.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar video editing software.
- Meta Business Suite.
- Google Analytics or Meta reporting.
- Later or other social scheduling platforms.
- Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Photography or videography.
- Hospitality, agency or lifestyle brand experience.
