Peak Property Services is looking for a reliable and experienced cleaning subcontractor to join our growing team.
We mainly clean vacant Housing Commission properties across South East Queensland and work with multiple builders, so you must be willing to travel between job sites.
The role includes:
- Vacant property cleans
- Final cleans
- Commercial-style cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- General cleaning duties as required
Requirements:
- Must have an ABN
- Must have public liability insurance
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must have your own cleaning equipment
- Carpet cleaning experience/equipment preferred
- Must be reliable, hardworking and have a great eye for detail
- Team of 2 is preferred
