You’ll spend your time prospecting for new business opportunities, following up enquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline. This is a hands-on sales role where you’ll take ownership of the customer journey from the first conversation through to securing the sale and maintaining long-term relationships.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, business development, retail, account management, or another customer‑facing role.
Strong communication,
negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Confidence engaging with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
A positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a desire to achieve results.
The ability to identify current business opportunities and proactively follow them through to completion.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
A competitive mindset and genuine enjoyment of working towards goals and targets.
An interest in technology and a willingness to learn about IT solutions and services.
Experience in maintaining accurate customer records.
The ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
A current driver’s licence.
Desirable, but not essential:
Experience within the IT, technology, telecommunications, or managed services industry.
