Farah Restaurant is looking for an experienced Waitstaff member to join our team in Spring Hill. This is a part-time role with regular evening and weekend shifts. You’ll provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
- Recommend menu items and beverages to guests.
- Process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain clean and well-presented dining areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure productive service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
About you
- at least 5 years previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality venue.
- Current Queensland RSA certificate (essential).
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and beverage service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, well-presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Food Safety Certificate and POS experience are an advantage.
