You'll be making real-time decisions that keep drivers moving, freight flowing, and service levels high. Every allocation you make has a direct impact on the success of the operation. You'll work from a live allocation dashboard, make quick decisions, and respond to changing priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage live fleet allocations and dispatch activities across Brisbane metro and surrounds.
- Make real-time decisions to maximise fleet utilisation and ensure customer commitments are met.
- Coordinate vehicle bookings, driver movements, and operational resources efficiently.
- Monitor live jobs and respond quickly to delays, changes, and urgent customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.




- Maintain accurate dispatch and allocation records.

About You

- Proven experience in fleet allocation, transport scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or a similar operational role.
- Strong knowledge of Brisbane's metropolitan road network and the ability to make smart routing decisions.
- The ability to perform under pressure and confidently manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience using dispatch, routing, or transport management systems, with strong computer literacy.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine sense of ownership and accountability.
