About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day completion of the maintenance schedules (both preventative and reactive) and all associated maintenance and repair works.
The Maintenance Officer is an essential member of the Village Maintenance team and will have prospect to contribute to the planning and evaluation of the maintenance programs to meet the needs of residents and the Village.
- Sound knowledge for safe operation of hand tools
- Demonstrable understanding of the use of PPE
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment
- Sound problem solving abilities
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organise and plan workloads
