Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their Adelaide-based team in Edwardstown.This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across domestic and international freight, inventory control, procurement support and stakeholder coordination.
Your current role
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements.
- Manage domestic and international shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers.
- Track deliveries and resolve freight issues.
- Coordinate inventory movements and stock transactions.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting.
- Raise purchase orders and support procurement activities.
- Provide delivery updates to customers and project stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain,
freight coordination or procurement support.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international freight activities.
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Strong administration, reporting and organisational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Experience using ERP systems, Xero or similar platforms.
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work proactively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
