The Opportunity

Homewell, part of Kinyara Health is a boutique community care provider serving Melbourne’s North and Northwest for over 30 years. Known for strong community ties, Homewell delivers aged and disability care into the homes of over 300 Australians across the region.

As General Manager for Homewell you are apurposedriven leaderwho blends adeeply caring heartwith asmart,curiousand commercially astute mind. You bring clarity,warmthand disciplined execution to a fast-groweningvironment, translating strategy into day-to-day operations, ensuring all operationaltouch points and interactions work like a Swiss watch, and feel like a warm hug.

About You

You are a highly experienced leader who has evolved into true general management leadership. You understand that your impact comes through developing leaders, creating systems and building capability across teams.

You bring:

- Demonstratedsenior leadershipexperience(ideally in service drivenenvironments)witha proven track record of deliveringgreat client outcomes whilst ensuring commercial sustainability
- Provenability to lead through change, embed current ways of working with high engagement, purpose,warmthand discipline
- A deeply Caring Heart paired with a curious, commercially minded approach, valuing measurable community impact as the highest reward for your contributions
- Demonstrated success in translating strategy into day-to-day operational excellence
