We need a practical Cabinet Maker / Factory All-Rounder who can build cabinetry in the factory, assist with deliveries, and help with kitchen strip-outs before new kitchens are installed.
This is not an installer role.
It is a hands-on role for someone who can build properly, work hard, and help keep jobs moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manufacturing custom kitchens in our factory
- Reading plans and building it how it’s meant to be built
- Assembling cabinetry, panels and joinery components
- Preparing jobs for delivery
- Loading and unloading cabinetry carefully
- Helping with site deliveries
- Assisting with kitchen strip-outs and non-structural demolition
- Keeping work areas and sites clean, safe and organised
- Fixing problems properly — not hiding them
No licensed electrical, plumbing, structural or asbestos removal work is required.
What We’re Looking For
- Trade qualified cabinet maker preferred
- Cabinet making, joinery or kitchen manufacturing experience
- Can read drawings without hand-holding
- Quick but accurate
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on site work
- Clean worker — pride in your station
- Reliable, practical and organised
- Current manual driver’s licence
