The iconic Centennial Homestead is set in the heart of Sydney’s Centennial Park, boasting elegant dining rooms, sun drenched decks, outdoor terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and unsurpassed views over rolling green lawns.

The Role

We are currently seeking an Restaurant Manager to join the senior team at Centennial Homestead. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will have the capability to manage and lead the team, ensure the smooth operational workflow of the front of house, back of house and most importantly be “the face” of the business and ensure our customers and clients have a rewarding and memorable dining experience. Ideally you will have come from a similar venue within a background in a multi-disciplined,



innovative hospitality company and thrive on taking the lead to get things done. You excel at dealing with operational challenges in a tightly resourced setting and the people issues that comes with this business.

Do you have?

- 1 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Able to work five days per week – Monday to Sunday
- Must have outgoing personality
- Experience in training and guiding staff members
- Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
- Easy access to public transport for occasional early starts and regular late finishes
