About the Role

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in Mt Kuring-Gai.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient receival, storage, and dispatch of goods, while directly supervising a small warehouse team and driving a strong safety and compliance culture.

This role will suit someone who leads by example on the floor, holds high standards for team performance and housekeeping, and takes genuine ownership of operational outcomes. You work closely with the Logistics and Procurement Supervisor in shaping operational efficiency and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Receival, processing, and accurate storage of inbound stock
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and in line with chain-of-responsibility requirements
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stocktakes and cycle counts
- Supporting the implementation of new warehouse systems and processes
- Supervising the maintenance of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and forklifts to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance
- Upholding WHS procedures, safe manual handling practices, and a clean and organised warehouse workplace




- Supporting the sales team and broader operations, including assisting customers and the retail team when required
- Leading by example on the floor and contributing to a high-performing, safety-first team culture

What You’ll Bring

- Previous warehouse experience, with supervisory or team leader experience highly regarded
- Prior experience in mining, drilling, industrial, or manufacturing warehouse environments (highly desirable)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to performance, safety, and quality standards
- Solid working knowledge of inventory control, stocktake processes, and goods receival and dispatch procedures
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving stock throughout the shift
- Strong communicator with the confidence to give clear direction and maintain standards under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and self-driven; consistently sets the standard through personal behaviour and work ethic
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and accurate data entry
- Solid knowledge of WHS and safe work practices
- Current driver's and forklift licence
