If you have experience in Property Management or you're ready to move from a Real Estate Admin or Sales role we would love to hear from you.
This is an extremely diverse role with career growth on offer for the right person. Our rental department is growing so we would love to employ someone who is wanting to work their way up to Property Portfolio Manager when we hit the magic number - in the meantime you get to learn & grow at a steady pace. Our office & Crew are not like any other... we are passionate, respectful & skilled but we definitely know how to have fun & be real.
About You
You're someone who:
- Has a strong administrative & organisational skills - you can juggle multiple tasks with your eyes closed
- You'll need to love spending time in the spotlight - we get involved with events, our community & Facebook is our thing!
- Is outgoing with excellent communication and amazing relationship-building skills
- Takes pride in presenting professionally and working with integrity
- Can work independently while being part of a Crew
- Have great attention to detail & is always thinking three steps ahead
- You need the right attitude, not every day will be rainbows & roses!
You’ll Need:
- A current Tasmanian Property Representative License
- Real Estate experience is a must
- Strong administrative, tech & communication skills
- An energetic, can-do attitude and love for keeping things on track
