Cuisine Corp Australia Pty Ltd has been producing premium handmade finger foods, gourmet snacks, wet dishes and canapés since 1998. Our products are supplied to leading airlines, five-star hotels, sporting venues, caterers, convention centres, government organisations and major retailers throughout Australia.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team at our food manufacturing facility.

About the Role

Working closely with our Production, Quality Assurance and Product Development teams, you will play an important role in maintaining product quality, improving manufacturing processes and supporting the development of new food products.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and improve food production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Assist with the development and refinement of new and existing food products.
- Conduct product testing, trials and evaluations, including shelf-life and sensory assessments.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, production documentation and technical records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate quality issues and recommend practical solutions to improve production outcomes.




- Work collaboratively with production staff to implement process improvements and optimise manufacturing efficiency.
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keep up to date with developments in food technology, ingredients and industry standards.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- A sound understanding of food safety systems, quality assurance principles and HACCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
