Salary Range: $84,058.00 - $104,379.60 pro rata, plus superannuation

About the role

With the continued expansion of our Critical Care services and the South West Healthcare redevelopment underway, we are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our high-performing team. Based in our 10 bed Intensive Care/High Dependency Unit, you will provide expert, evidence-based critical care to a diverse patient population while working alongside a skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to service development, support the growth of our team and play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes. What You will Bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Postgraduate critical care qualifications or relevant Critical Care nursing experience.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post-graduate critical care qualifications or relevant clinical experience in a Critical Care environment
- Desire to learn and develop further expertise in critical care
- Strong clinical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
