What You Will Be Doing

- Operating front-end loaders and other civil plant equipment
- Assisting asphalt and spray seal crews on-site
- Operating rollers and broom equipment as required
- Completing truck wash and site support duties
- Supporting crack sealing and rubber duck operations
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and equipment checks
- Following site safety procedures and project requirements

What You Will Need

- Current HR Driver Licence
- Construction White Card
- Willingness to learn new skills and duties
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work within civil and road construction environments
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
- Forklift Licence highly regarded
- LR or MR Licence highly regarded
