Snowy River Newcastle is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Caravan Salesperson to join our team in Heatherbrae, NSW. This full-time position will see you playing a pivotal role in our thriving caravan sales business, delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find their perfect home on the road.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through the caravan selection process

Demonstrating the features and benefits of our wide range of caravans to potential buyers

Negotiating sales and closing deals in a qualified manner

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales

Collaborating with the wider sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible advice

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the caravan or RV industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets





Detailed product knowledge and a genuine passion for the caravan lifestyle

A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
