Legion Drilling is a leading specialist provider of Environmental, Geotechnical and Sonic drilling services across Australia.

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Vac Truck Operator to join our Sydney team. In this hands-on role you will operate vacuum excavation equipment to support our drilling operations and related site works.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate vacuum trucks for non-destructive digging, hydro excavation and related support works
- Carry out daily pre-start checks, basic maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in good working order
- Assist with site set-up, excavation around underground services, backfilling and site reinstatement as required
- Complete job documentation, logbooks and paperwork accurately
- Follow all site safety procedures, SWMS and environmental requirements
- Work collaboratively with drill crews and other team members to deliver projects efficiently
- Undertake other labouring and support duties as directed

Travel will be required for this role,



so flexibility to work weekends and spend time away from home is essential.

Requirements & Conditions

- Current HR licence
- Construction White Card
- Strong commitment to safety and a clean driving record
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable and adaptable with working hours (including occasional early starts, overtime or weekend work)

Highly Regarded

- Experience in civil, construction, environmental or drilling support roles
- Locate and protect Underground services Training and any Spotter Training/Licenses
