NSW Health in Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals is seeking a Pharmacist Grade 2 to deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services within Renal Care. You will work with nephrologists, nurses and other professionals to optimise medication management and patient outcomes.
The role offers a permanent part time arrangement (4 hours per week) across two hospital campuses, with opportunities to contribute to governance, education and service improvement. Registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
