Real Estate Sign Installer required for busy sign company [BNE]

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Sign Installer to join our team based in Acacia Ridge. No previous signage experience is required, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

This is a casual position working as part of our installation team, installing real estate signage at residential and commercial properties throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Applicants must be available Monday to Friday from 6:00am on an ongoing basis. As this is a casual role, hours cannot be guaranteed; however, successful applicants typically work 30–40+ hours per week.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Installing and removing real estate signage at residential and commercial properties
- Using an impact driver and other basic power tools. Driving star pickets into the ground and securing signage
- Following daily installation schedules and routes
- Communicating professionally with customers when required




- Ensuring all installations are completed safely and to a high standard of presentation for quality assurance
- Maintaining company equipment and vehicles

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Manual Driver Licence (essential)
- A basic understanding of power tools, including drills and saws
- Good problem-solving skills and common sense
- A solid work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Good communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- A good sense of direction and ability to follow schedules
