We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista/Cafe Manager to join our dynamic team at 54 Benjamin, a vibrant cafe in the heart of Belconnen. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cafe operations, from managing the barista team to ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead the barista team, providing training and support to ensure consistently high-quality coffee and customer service

Oversee cafe operations, including rostering, and manage all catering and function bookings.

Develop and implement new strategies to attract new business and maintain existing customers.

Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment

Skills and experience

Proven leadership experience (1-2 years) in a similar paced fast paced setting

A willingness to learn as much as to teach

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
