About You

- Live across the Newcastle area including Adamstown, Birmingham Gardens, Broadmeadow, Cardiff, Carrington, Glendale, Georgetown, Hamilton, Islington, Jesmond, Kotara, Mayfield, Maryville, Minmi, New Lambton, Shortland, Tighes Hill, The Hill, Wallsend, Waratah, Warabrook Wickham and surrounding communities
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!

What We Offer

- $32.61 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
- Permanent Part-time contracts: 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
- Permanent Part time opportunities for experienced candidates; Casual entry-level roles available with the potential to transition to Permanent Part-Time employment

Your Role

As a valued member of the team, you'll deliver high-quality,



person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.

- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting & mobility support (where applicable)
- Medication assistance (where applicable and trained)
- Social support, transport and companionship (where trained)
- Promoting independence, dignity & wellbeing
