The Opportunity

Orrcon Steel is looking for Manfacturing Team Members to join our team based in Unanderra. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationallyrecognised brands.

You’ll join our dedicated small team in supporting our operations, ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. You’ll receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.

In this full time permanent role, your roster will see you working Monday – Friday across our day shift 7:00 am – 3:00pm and afternoon shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm, allowing you to enjoy a great lifestyle balance.

What Will You Do?

Working within a collaborative team setting, you’ll receive ongoing training and support to learn to:

- support and promote a safe working environment
- operate machinery to process and manufacture our products
- safely pack and strap our steel products and monitor products for quality control
- drive forklifts and operate cranes
