POSITION DESCRIPTION
Lead business systems, compliance and strategic growth across St Nicholas Early Education and OOSH in this newly created leadership opportunity.
Join St Nicholas Early Education & OOSH in this newly created senior leadership opportunity as our Head of Business Administration.
The Primary purpose of this position is to provide strategic leadership for business systems and administration compliance including oversight and management of the Childcare Management System (CCMS), OWNA, the Family Assistance, including Child Care Subsidy Law and the NSW Children (Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.)
The Head of Business Administration will foster a positive culture of customer excellence, that places the customer at the core of decisions and ensures the delivery of an exceptional experience throughout their enrolment at St Nicholas.

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA
- Demonstrated experience in leading business process improvement, including the ability to Identify risks,
analyse data and provide advice and recommendations.
- The ability to communicate ideas with both technical and non-technical staff, including the ability to develop and deliver effective training and support.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, and to negotiate, liaise effectively, and influence staff across a large and complex regulatory framework.
- Demonstrated capacity and ability to lead the ongoing implementation of multiple systems, processes and technologies
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar position in an early childhood organisation (Desirable).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated extensive experience that provides an equivalent level of knowledge and competence.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence & willingness to travel.
- National Criminal History check clearance
- Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood (Birth to 12 Years) (Desirable).
- Qualifications relevant to quality and compliance (Desirable).
- Post Graduate Qualification in Leadership or Management (Desirable).
