About Us

We're a small, high-performing broking office based in Mosman on Sydney's Northside, known for delivering simple, straightforward financial solutions built on genuine relationships. Offering a full suite of products; from consumer to business banking, risk insurance and private health insurance, there is no need we cannot cater for.

Our principal has 30+ years across all sides of banking and lending — sales and back-end — and is hands-on when it comes to mentoring the team.

Who We're Looking For

We want experienced lenders with experience in Business Banking or Equipment Finance. If you've got the drive, the network, and the appetite to build something of your own, this is for you.

You'll need:

- 3 years' minimum experience in lending
- A genuine passion for finance and a track record of hitting sales targets
- Strong relationship-management skills across all stakeholders
- Existing business contacts or networks you can leverage for client acquisition
- Full Australian work rights




- To obtain a current finance/credit licence within 90 days of starting (we'll support you through this)

What You'll Be Doing

- Sourcing business through your own existing channels and networks
- Structuring finance solutions tailored to each client's needs
- Reviewing and analysing supporting documents against application requirements
- Building long-term relationships that keep clients coming back
