We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team and help deliver the outstanding service our customers know us for.
About the Role
- Serve trade and retail customers in‑store and over the phone
- Process sales, quotes, and orders accurately
- Provide friendly, professional customer support
- Assist with general sales and showroom duties
- Work Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rotating roster
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude
- Previous sales or trade‑related experience (preferred but not essential)
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
