Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for the NSW Great Lakes Aquatic & Leisure Centre in Forster. You will build and lead a passionate operations team to ensure a secure, patron-friendly facility in line with OH&S; practices, contractual requirements, and quality systems.
You will manage contractors, budgets, and ongoing improvements across two centres. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in Aquatic Operations, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
