Gardener – Permanent, Part-Time or Casual
Strata & Grounds Maintenance

About the Role
You’ll be working across a variety of residential, commercial and strata properties, helping keep gardens and outdoor spaces looking their best.
Your duties will include:
- Lawn mowing, edging and whipper‑snipping
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Garden maintenance and plant care
- Weed control and mulching
- Garden clean‑ups and presentation work
- Soft landscaping and planting projects
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous gardening or landscape maintenance experience
- Current driver's licence
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience in strata maintenance
- Truck or trailer experience
- Chemical spraying licence
- Team leadership experience
What We Offer
- Casual rates from $35–$50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full time salaries from $60,000–$80,000 + super
- Flexible working arrangements
