About the Role:
As a Swim Instructor or Pool Deck Coordinator at BlueFit Swimming, you become part of a community that supports you through your career. Our instructors are the heart of our swimming program, imparting essential water safety skills and a love for swimming to the communities we serve.
Your ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team will ensure outstanding service and instruction to our families.

Qualifications Required:
- SISSS00112 – Swim Teacher / Learn to Swim Certification
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate - SISSS00133 (For Pool Deck Coordinator roles)
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
- NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)
