We're partnering with one of Queensland's most respected commercial builders to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major Design & Construct projects across Brisbane.

If you've successfully delivered commercial projects from inception through to handover and enjoy the challenge of leading high-performing teams on complex builds, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on offer?

- Salary between $250,000 - $300,000 + Super (negotiable)
- Deliver landmark commercial projects valued from $40M to $150M

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, leading site and project teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. This is a genuine leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence project outcomes and mentor the next generation of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the successful delivery of commercial D&C; projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
- Drive programme, quality,



safety and client outcomes
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and Site Teams
- Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions
- Work collaboratively through design development and project delivery

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated experience delivering commercial construction projects valued $40M-$50M+
- Proven ability to manage projects from award through to practical completionOops!
- Strong Design & Construct (D&C;) delivery experience
- Exposure to Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) projects will be highly regarded
- Excellent commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
