What You'll Bring

- A natural leader who enjoys motivating, coaching and developing teams
- Previous leadership experience in a hospitality workplace
- Strong bistro operations experience, with function and events exposure highly regarded




- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to lead from the front in a rapid-paced environment
- RSA & RSG Certificates (essential)
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
