Cafe Sydney is seeking a full-time Cellar, Store and Barperson to join the Bar Team. The role focuses on beverage inventory, stock rotation and supporting bar service in a rapid-paced setting near Circular Quay.
Ideal candidates will handle heavy physical work daily, have strong beverage knowledge, and hold a current RSA with full Australian working rights. The position is paid hourly under the Enterprise Agreement, with shifts Monday–Friday and some month-end flexibility.
