We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the primary onboarding partner for our customers, building long-term relationships, driving product adoption and helping customers achieve real business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Be the main point of contact for key stakeholders, from onboarding through day-to-day support
- Monitor customer health via dashboards and analytics to catch risks early and spot growth opportunities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process, minimising churn and maximising lifetime value
- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities that solve real customer problems
- Champion the voice of the customer internally
- Own escalations end-to-end, coordinating with support and technical teams
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to showcase value and track success metrics
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar within SaaS (construction or adjacent industry is essential)
- A genuine passion for building trust-based customer relationships
- Confidence using data to inform decisions and demonstrate value
- Strong communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Sharp problem-solving skills and a bias for action
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving workplace
